Jennifer Cauli co-founded Pocket Sardinia in 2024. She is a London-based food and travel photographer and writer, originally from Sardinia, Italy. Growing up with a chef mother, she developed a deep passion for food and travel, which she now combines into captivating visuals and stories and is author of "The Sardinia Blue Zone Cookbook". Jennifer has been featured in Culture Trip, Suitcase Magazine, Timeout, Great British Chefs, Evening Standard and more.

David Tjong has been travelling (and eating) his way around Sardinia for over a decade, indulging his two great passions – food and travel. David co-founded Pocket Sardinia with Jennifer Cauli after friends kept asking for travel recommendations. He has spent the last 15 years as a restaurateur in London and brings his travel experience and an "outsider's" perspective on travelling the island.
